This product will allow visitors to join your community using their Facebook, Google, Yahoo or AIM account; and will allow your existing members to associate an existing forum account with one of the services - such as Facebook.
Please read the documentation and follow it exactly before requesting installation help. Please note, if you have heavily modified styles that are missing hooks - this product will not work and require additional installation steps.
can we not make this thread about wolfstream anymore please, thanks.
Considering that half the fixes posted in this thread were from him, not likely.
To some of your points:
- Polls are indeed broken if you are logged in using the facebook gateway and the script is set to post new threads to your profile. The code does not lie and, without modification, it does not check to see if you are posting a poll, rather it just sends you back to the newthread script.
I posted a fix for this earlier in the thread.
- The login issue seems flaky but I do see it on my home network. At my work it does not happen and I am not sure why that is yet.
- The table you are speaking of is hard coded into one of the plugins. Check the "Modify Navbar Template" plugin. The phrase is hard coded into there, as is the code to build the table.
Well, I couldn't get the "Facebook Connect" mod from here to work (which also has terrible support on it, seeing as people are +++++ing about support, even tho mods are free), so I installed this on my site and it worked fist time, I have experienced NO ERRORS so far. I followed the readme to the letter and everything turned out fine...
Hey there - you need to publish your feed templates otherwise the feeds won't be posted to your members walls. Go to your ADMINCP > VBNEXUS CONFIG IN VBOPTIONS > Click on the CLICK HERE link in the bottom option called "Facebook Wall Feed Template Configuration"; you need to just click SAVE there to link your templates. Otherwise I've logged into your forum just fine. Thanks for trying out the product.
Is there any hint possible for fixing my avatar-issue? Avatars are not showing up after the install of this mod and I´m using the default style - unfortunately I had to uninstall the mod because of this outcome. Perhaps an interaction with another addon, but I was totally clueless about this issue. I´m using the template modification system too.

The "wall feed" option gives me a blank page in the admincp. And I installed this correctly (entered all the ID's) but no new login navbar is being shown at all on the main page. Any help?
You can go to the front page of your UserCP and disable it from posting to your wall for your account.
Unlinking an account depends on how you linked it to begin with. If the account was there before you can just delete the entry in the nonvbuser table and login normally with your old password. If the account was made by the bridge you will need to input a valid email and change your password with the lost password recovery forum. Once you have a valid password you can remove the entry in the database and you will be all set.
