uCash 1.1.1

Well, here's half of the uCS combination - a standalone release of uCash for vB 3.5.

uCash 1.1.1 for vBulletin 3.5 RC1 is out. This will only work on 3.5.0 RC1 or above. It now has 12 plugins and no file edits. See readme_ucash.txt in the attached file.

uCash 1.1.1 uses the Product Manager and includes a new feature that gives all the users of a usergroup (usergroup setting) x points every y amount of time (via cron).

Also included is a "Give Points In Mass" feature inside the uCash Manager. Screenshots of this have been shown at area51.geekydesigns.com, and it makes it into uCash 1.1.0. A screenshot of that feature is attached.

uCash 1.1.1 needs no file edits and 2 template edits. It uses 12 plugins.

Enjoy this release. Read readme.txt for instructions on installing. Click install if you install this hack.

Support will be given in the uCash & uShop support forum - just make sure you mention that you are using uCash 1.1.1 for vB 3.5.

If you are using vB 3.5 Beta 1 - 4 or are having trouble with 1.1.1, see post #3 for uCash 1.1.0.

In the AdminCP.

Plugin System --> Plugin Manager

Find:

Hook Location : newpost_process
uCash - New Post

Click on it to edit the php code.

I have couple of questions. Is it just on my forum, but when I delete a post it doesn't dedact the point.

Is there a way to deny points to certain forums?

That is another issue we have. I may try and see if I can find and hack the hook for deleting a post. I am not a vBulletin expert by no means. I know enough to get by. Mostly doing simple things.

I think you can deny points but I am not sure off the top of my head.

This didn't work for me at all. The points doesn't show. Any ideas why? I use 3.5.3

The points are displaying in the user profile correctly. If I try and use this

$userinfo[points]

method to display the points in the navbar it does not take but if I use

$userinfo[ucash]

it displays but with the decimal points. Any ideas on how to display the points for a user in the navbar without the decimal points.

example:

Here is the navbar I have now.

Found this:

Added this before the <br />;

 You have $bbuserinfo[points] chips!

If you have the default install I think this should work.

$bbuserinfo[points]

If not you need to find out the field in the user table that holds the points.

Mine looks like this now.

Now all I need to find out is how to restrict points to ceratin forum categories.
