Easily create forms with no HTML or PHP knowledge. Questions can be made compulsory and are checked before the form is submitted. Forms can be previewed. (You can create multiple forms)

Backwards compatible with vb v3.7.x and 3.6.8

Question Types:

• Single line text
• Multi-line text
• Multi-select checkboxes
• Single-select radio buttons
• Single Select Dropdown
• Yes/No
• Multi-line text field using vbeditor (max one per form - limited by vB)

• Date (month/ day/ year fields)

• new thread in forum
• new post in thread
• new pm to user

• save to database

• Just Import the Product File
• Set usergroups options
  admincp -> vboptions -> Easy Form Options
• View/Create forms at
  http://your-forum.com/forums/misc.php?do=forms
• Click installed to get latest updates

• Prefix support - you can choose which prefix you want thread to have
• Different thread/pm title to form title with variables {username} {userid} and {q_1} (replacing 1 with appropriate question number)

• Forumid/threadid/username can be specified by input via {value=X} in dropdown, single line input or radio buttons

im getting some blank pages when posting new thread after upgrading. if i disable this then everything works. i think its just a conflict with something else i got.

on a few gameing forums, great for user feedback and suggestion forms.. LOVELY!!
specially love that feature add to database, so i can extract the data for my
own display.. lovely.

does the usergroup that submits the form have to have access to the thread/forum in which it posts in or can i have it post in an admin only forum?

its easy enough to find out that for yourself.

create a test account, edit the form so that it submits to an admin only area. fill in the form on the test account and see what happens

it only emailed it and didnt post it. thats why i was asking

I downloaded the product-easyforms.xml as the Beta v.30 isn't working..

and it sumbits fine, but the Multi line text don;t work when i submit it
