Description
This Hack allows the Users to select certain Forums they do not want to appear on Get New/Get Daily.
It includes a new Permission, so you can specify which Usergroups can use this feature, which Forums
can't be excluded, etc.

Note: This Hack does only work for vBulletin 3.5.0 RC1 and up!

Rookie mistake found. Uploaded bitfield_optoutgnp.xml to includes instead of includes/xml. All is now well and functioning in vB 3.8.7-PL3.

Observations after 3 months experience under vB [S]8.8.7PL3[/S] 3.8.7PL3 --

Prior observation that it was working was based on searches honoring previously chosen forum choices.

But I cannot find anywhere that a user has access to a dialog to set/change these choices.
