sandeep - verify that referralstats.php is in the /admincp directory and also make sure that you have edited the index.php file in the /admincp as well to reflect this hacks installation instructions. Let me know.
how can i change how many it shows on the referral stats page??
If you read the instructions it will tell u, however you need to edit the referral statistics configuration in the admincp and you will see where it specifically says how many results per page. This is where you would edit this.

Glad to see your quick reply.
I have not touched referralstats.php, it lies in my admincp dir
index.php and other file edits have been done appropriately.
Although, I noticed a small bug in install/upgrade files, I have modified the admincp dirs, somewhere while using the newinstallation or upgradation, I noticed the links were redirecting to /admincp and not the /modifiedadmincp dir.
