vJukebox - Song and Video Management System

vJukebox v 0.9.0 Alpha

What does this do?
This is a Jukebox system, you can add and listen to/play videos/songs, users can rate the media, comment it, and much more!
Updates:

0.9.0 - Total Rewrite, several new features, template overhall.
0.8.1 - Fixed several bugs that I overlooked at first distribution.

Known Bugs:

File Writing Error - Fix by Replicators, See this post.

To Install:
1. Import the product xml file in this folder.
2. Upload all files in the upload folder.
3. Create a folder named media in your forumroot (or another name, you can edit the name of the folder you want to upload media in, in the ACP settings. CHMOD 777
3. Enjoy.

I will not officially support this until we get into the beta phases.

He probably means the php.ini setting which governs this but can also be occasionally overridden in htaccess, but its host dependant.

If you mean that it's related to my host's max. upload limit...

Then No, I have uploaded that song into my FTP and it got uploaded without any difficulties

you can upload to ftp without any maximum but via web i think their limit is 2 mb if you play with the .htaccess you can put it up to 25 via web

you can always create a php.ini file (if ya not got already) and include this

memory_limit = 16M
post_max_size = 200M
upload_max_filesize = 200M

Change the settings to what you want, as you can see if i allowed
my members could upload a maximum of 200mb, I have tested this
and i have managed to upload 197mb

Ok...Here is what I am going to do: [Please correct me when I am wrong]

I will make a file known as php.ini and will just include the following:

PHP Code:

memory_limit = 16M
post_max_size = 200M
upload_max_filesize = 200M 


And upload it under the public_html directory?

Am I correct?

i suggest using .htaccess (create in notepad)

enter following in

php_value upload_max_filesize 25M
php_value post_max_size 25M


and upload in root

HOwever, there is a .htaccess file already in my root folder...Can I add this any where inside it...?
