Help! I'm getting an error saying unexpected parse code in index.php on line 56! I'm going back through and re-editing all the files I've edited, but no matter how many times I edit index it won't work. I have the ucash ushop hack installed, would that be why?

edit: Forget it, my hosting managed to solve it. Go f5hosting! Woo woo

hi, i dont have htl and dont really want it tbh, is this hack not worth installing wit out it?

Help, i installed this a few weeks back, worked a treat (only thing i had to do was manully type the htl url in to install hacks)

I had to clean install my frum again. i re-installed htl and it went fine again with the Manage hacks link missing..

I come to install a hack and now it says "There are currently no Hacks in the database." but i uploaded the correct files step by step but nothing..

Btw im trying to install the shoutbox which is a few threads below this.

Can anyone help??

I'm not sure what this query does on shoutbox.sql, but when I run it (the shoutbox.sql), this query gives an error

This is the query:

DELETE FROM phrase WHERE varname LIKE %shoutbox%';

So what does this query do and how can I fix it, in other words, run the shoutbox.sql queries correctly and successfully.

The error is self explanatory, hell, it even tells you what to look for to solve the problem.

should be

Debugging is a simple process. If you're going to install hacks, it's something you should k now how to do yourself.

This is weird...

By installation default, Administrators, Moderators, and Registered Users all have

Can View Shoutbox ---> Set to YES
Can Shout / Post Messages --- Set to YES

BUT, I'm loging on as an Admin and it says:

Your usergroup(s) do not have permission to use the shoutbox.

What's wrong here? what could be the problem? Please help...

But now I'm having another problem. If you go to one style, the shoutbox works. If you go to another style, it doesn't work. What did I do wrong?

Does anyone know what is wrong? This problem is the only problem that I have that is restricting me on releasing this style to my members...

Yup, I have. If you check where it doesn't work, it's there, just that the text area doesn't want to show for some reason.
