The fattest pipe I can get where I live is 10 meg. Although I have 2 meg on my PDA via HSPDA.

You guys are pretty lucky. In Turkey the maximum dsl line is 2 meg and it cost around 200$ per month. I have 512 k adsl at home and at work i have 1 meg .

i could have a connection that fast, 10 mbs if i wanted to pay 50-60$ a month loooolz

I'm happy paying 12$ for 1.4 mbs

10mbps from Bright House...around 50 bucks a month! They dont let us have the 15 here without there broadband phones *roll*

Upload speed is about bang on, although i would love to sacrifice 1mb download for more upload

The above shows that the tests are not very accurate, I had to do about 15 tests to get somewhere close
to what i know my download speed is, about 1200kb - 1.2mb a second on a 10mb connection
