If he has bought the images, then there is nothing much you guys can do, as no one can say the colours are ripped, as they are such a general thing. Also since sinecure made the images, it is his duty to take actions, and if he has sold them, then so beat it, we cannot question that. Also if they have been using it for over a year now, they must of bought it. The owner does not seem like the kind of person who would rip, he is well respected nice and a very outgoing person. I highly doubt it.

Yes, but Dark Project Studios requires a link in the credits when they give permission to use those smileys; not a credit that doesn't link back to them.
