forumjump on ForumHome!

My second hack today, as requested by leon2u here.

This hack will put a forumjump on forumhome..

open up index.php and find this code:

eval("dooutput(\"".gettemplate('forumhome')."\");"); 


And directly above it add:

PHP Code:

eval("\$forumjump = \"".gettemplate("forumjump")."\";"); 


Than open up the forumhome template located in admincp
and put $forumjump whevere you want your forumjump to be displayed..

The hack is nice but not what I requested yet...

In the forumjump on the homepage I want to see all forums and subforums in it....so plz could you finish the hack???

thats not possible, I tried and tried but just couldn't get it right, the other way is you create another forum(Just empty, no posts allowed) which will look messed up, than i can give u the code to show it up with sub forums and the forums..

How would this be done for VB 3.5.4?

I did similar to above in the first post, and I do indeed have a forumjump showing on my forumhome page. However it just shows the links under Site Areas, and nothing under Forums.

This is what I added to my index.php

eval('$forumjump = "' . fetch_template('forumjump') . '";');

And in the forumhome template, I added $forumjump where I wanted it to display.
