Hmm, well you can use a rotating php script, like..

PHP Code:
srand((double)microtime()*1000000); 
$adminav=rand(1,6); 
something to that simularity..

I have no problem this the rotating script but you have to add other options to get it to work.

You need more than just a rotaion script.. you need added avatar stuff so that you can call the second avatar, then you need to use some other good code to make it work... liek I said I am workig on it.. I am almost finished with a big hack then I am going to start on this one.
