Try disabling your modifications/plugins for now and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php PHP Code:

I did that and I got the blank page and when I try and view forumdisplay.php I get this error

You've been hacked.
I'd check your plugins for some added one and check your administrators and see if one has been added. You've deleted your /install directory, right? When you upgrade, you run the upgrade.php script, not the install.php script. |
