check if you have vbseo install . i heard lots of cpu usage problem with vbseo .

glad i could help but when you contact vbseo about this they will simply say change the host to better one . i guess this is not the professional solution of this problem . asking your customer to spend more and more money for the vbseo plugin rather than finding solution of it . but its just my view , i haven't use vbseo yet but read a lot of thread regarding this issue even in their forum .

I only have the free version so i don't mind i just uninstalled. The forum still pretty slow i am thinking it might be the host. I have TMDhosting
