Don't know even how vb.org would put this into a mod, when it has been clearly stated that it's a tweak to the reputation system, which means they modified the default reputation system vBulletin has.

On the other hand, I love the new tweak! it's very unique apart from the default reputation system.

Can you please nicely put a line with bold and underline on the first post, saying this mod will not be released.

What makes you think they would read that if they can't even read the last post? Or for that matter, 50% of the posts saying the same thing in this thread.
