Compatible with CMS : No ( When big install, i can do it for upgdate)
Compatible with Forum: Yes
Compatible with Blog: Yes
Fluid version: Yes
Fixed version: No

Compatible with 4.1.x: Tested with latest version 4.1, PL1,PL2 . Not sure with lower version so use at your risk

How to install:

+ download attachment
+ upload folder styles to your root forum/ (yourdomain/forum/styles...)
+ import XML
+ enjoy and mark as installed for better support.

Confirmed.

Tried everything I could to get it to look right in Firefox.

Failed

Everything from making the default theme the parent theme, to revering everything back to default. There's just something about this theme which will not load right in Firefox.

I guess not, still looks bad in FF looking at your DEMO.
