this mod was designed to do that

i will be creating a pro version to customise alot of features for this but not till after tuesday

1. Still need to know where to add the code for making this accesable by administrators only.

2. Also need to know in which file I can manage the style of this because I want to change the white to black.

i have been busy with a project for a while

i may look into getting this to work for 4.2.1 it depends on my availability
