Show Thread Enhancements - Scrollbars for oversized signatures

I've seen image resize mods and stuff like that, but the scrollbar seems better in my experiences.

This requires just one template edit, no downloading or uploading. ... And it should work on any version of vB.

In the POSTBIT template find:

				$post[signature]

Replace with:

                              <div style="max-width:900px; max-height:150px; overflow:auto;">
				$post[signature]
                              </div>

EDIT: If you use LEGACY style (username and everything on the left, post on the right or vice versa on some themes) then you you should edit the postbit_legacy template instead.

Adjust what I have in red to your liking. ... some forums are wider than others.

Not as it is currently written but I think you could use vB conditionals (<if> statements) to limit it to specified usergroups.

Put this line before the code above:

<if condition="is_member_of($post, 2, 5, 6, 7 )">

and put this line after the code above:

</if>

Then change the numbers, 2,5,6,7 to whatever usergroup or usergroups you want to activate this for. The numbers I supplied pretty much activate this for anyone. registered users, mods, admins, and super-mods.
