I have a password manager included with Norton 360 but don't really use it. Maybe I should start more. The important things like my bank account and Paypal account have external RSA tokens besides the password so not too worried about passwords.

Generally speaking my passwords are about 10 alpha numeric characters long using both upper and lower case. I then store all my passwords in a 256 bit encrypted disk image with a 12 alpha numeric password. Plus I have a well setup firewall.

I don't think there is really much more I could appart from physical security devices.

Usually around 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers and symbols. Plus, an AR-15 sitting next to my computer desk and my wifes killer attack wiener dog (Dachshund) sleeps next to my computer.

I just hope to god none of you have maximum password attempts turned off. You've drastically reduced the odds of someone guessing your passwords, by revealing the length of your password and what it's composed of

Binary code has worked for me since 1987.
- 8 to 12 is fine.
