[February / March 2009] BOTM Nomination Thread

This is the nomination thread for Board of the Month of December 2008 / January 2009.

Please note the BOTM Rules here:

Nominations will be accepted until the 30th of November 2008.

When nominating please post the site name, URL to the forum, a short description what makes your board stand out from default vBulletin, and a reason for nomination that will motivate others to second the nomination. If the staff feels that a nomination post is too promotional it will be edited accordingly.

Any sites without a name, URL, description and reason for nomination will NOT be entered into the poll. Please ensure that your nomination is in the format:

This site is great! Here you will see use of VBulletin with quite a few mods like VB Advanced CMPS, VB Advanced Dynamics and even VBulletin Blog. This site also uses a heavily customized version of VB Classified for use with its campground searches.

(Note: This site has purchased all of the additional tag removal licenses for each mod)

Little Green Tent is a site where you can go to find your favorite campground, summer camp, or even a local RV dealer for purchases and repairs. There are plans for a future e-commerce section for users to buy gear, but for now you can go in and post your camping questions, tip and guides to the vb forums or even stop by the Blog section and list details about your lastest adventure.

If you are hungry, stop by the Recipies section and check out other recipes posted by their members to pick up some ideas for food to take on your camping trip or for your back yard BBQ.

All of the camping icons and the logo are hand drawn by the sites designer (though some of them are not quite finished yet).

The site officially opened in Febuary 2008 and has already gained over 1200 members, but they are still waiting for your camping posts and comments in their forums! This site is soon going to be one of the top outdoor recreation websites on the internet. It just needs more of your posts to help bring the content all together!
