BB Code Enhancements - [Russian] Transliteration button for all forum editors!

What does it do?
Button to transliterate latin transliterated messages into normal russian is added to ALL editor windows.

Note: this hack is useful for Russians only.

Points of interest:

• No template modification needed!
• Button is added to ALL editors including even Private messages editor
• Button position is fully customizable
• Option to skip text inside specific BBCodes on transliteration (by default PHP, CODE and HTML)
• Undo is supported for transliteration

How to install?

1. Unpack archive into forum root
2. Install *.xml file via Admin Control Panel (Product management)

I've successfully downloaded and tried installed this MOD on to my Localhost and it is being very well in use.

But when I tried to install it on my Forum, this function doesn?t displays. There is no any issue and have no any bug occurred during installation process, I've activated this function, but when accessed on to "Post frame", I can't see the "Translit" icon, as well as the function not work too.

My mind, the cause is the existed MOD that I've installed before that conflicts with each other, therefore the MOD not be displaying.
