Very useful mod!
Do you have to register to submit a ticket? Is it possible to let guests submit tickets and requiring them to input capture and email address (twice, to avoid typos). Some people might have problems with registration, so allowing guests to submit tickets would be helpful. Thank you! |

Right, Bosco Wong if you give me chance to sort things out instead of bombarding me with MSN Messages I might be able to get a working product rather than error after error.
