I see it being like 3.6.8 and it being pushed out to soon and scrambling to make patches to fix the bugs and holes.

I think 75% may be a slight over estimate

I thought they might finally have put my most popular mod "out of business", given how many forums seem to use it these days - but it looks like I'll be doing a 3.7 version

I'd hold off. You know there will be templates to be reverted and edits reapplied.

I can't get just 1 thing: why they can not make "smiles in quickreply" by default (in a table, not drop-down) and "quote selected text in post"?!
On every next release of vB I believe they will release that kind of options, but not... ;(
