Miscellaneous Hacks - Google Adsense In High Activity Area

This modification is based on MARKETPROFIT's: Adsense In High User Activity Area Part 1 And 2.
But I had some problems with his modification and i found out a way easier way to do it so I decided I would post this.

What this modification does:
Adds a google advertisement directly above the NEW THREAD and POST REPLY button.

Install:
In the FORUMDISPLAY template search for:

Add directly below:

And your done.

Make sure you change pub-******** to your google PUB ID when posting the adsense codes.

There will now be an ad directly above your top POST REPLY and NEW THREAD buttons when viewing a post or forum.

This will also earn you more revenue because people always click those buttons (area is high traffic) and they might even accidentally click the ad earning you $$$

I found the height of the advert was to small and only showed half of the google sign.

I made it 20 in height and the sign is now whole again.
