I can't wait until this is publically released. I was actually thinking about this, seeing as some helpdesk applications have this, something like stardesk help application or something. GUI could use some work though.

It's looking like the admins aren't going to allow me to post this here as the zip file contains an exe file. Not quite sure where I will go from here.

Why whenever I try to run the vbinfo.php, it says something about authentication?

I wasnt in time to catch it whilst it was hosted on here, but id really like to try it out, it would be extremely useful for my forum. Could you possibly pm me a download link?

EDIT: Found it in your directory, trying it out now. Are you considering continuing development?
