and carchops.com hasnt updated yet, but is 'predicted' pr4

it means your forum is 79% likely to be PR4, the exact rank would be 4.4 but they round it down to 4

Looks like the PR update is happening once again. I have jumped from a PR of 3 to 4 for my first domain and finally received a PR of 3 for my other domain so yeah. Google is doing it's update again.
