I'll go on the assumption that Ohsweet used the alternative variants (which is of course, good news for me). Well, I'm glad you like them because They look better than I thought they would have done. However, being honest, These are just another rushed set. Once I tweak them up they'll look alot better.

I haven't officially released these icons so I'll rectify the mistake if and when they are released in the "misc area".

How can you improve on these....There great as they are Preview i like a colour to to suit, so i used the red ones for invis and offline and the blue for online

Can you please tell me how you got that marquee across the top announcing your referral contest? I'm running one as well and I really do like that.
