And I surely did not hit ctrl-f5. I am curious on both FF and IE what resets the cache though, as I obviously have members using both.

On firefox you can go to Tools >> Options >> Cache >> Clear.

yep, with that line you can use different favicons based on styles
(which is why I posted a few icons)
