[high]F.A.Q[/high] Q. Will this hack effect how spiderbots view my threads? A. Not if you use this hack
If you set the number of characters for first post to "0", then it will only show message from admincp.
If you set the number of characters for other posts to "0", then it will only show message from admincp.
Ok, thanks for the clarification
How does it work when a post has attachments? The unregistered users are unable to download them, right? It's based off the permissions of that usergroup, right? They can see the thumbnails and/or links, but when clicked on, they get the regular vB 'permission denied' dialog box, right?

The attachments part is not touched by this hack, so it will still be just as it was before.
Very nice hack!
But a good thing to keep in mind is that also spiderbots will only see the cutt-off version
Hm. I suppose there is no way to avoid this... unless i make it somehow so that it allows spiderbots to see full thread by doing an extra if command. However, i just need to figure out if there's already a variable used to detect bots, then i'll adjust it as so.
Also, feel free to click INSTALL if you like/or installed the hack
