This is to install an addon to vBAdvanced for AboutToday . It assumes that AboutToday is installed, the RSS Feeds are active, and "How many rows across for $myfeeds variable?" is set to greater than zero.


In vBa CMPS, Add Module - Template.

1. Module Title - Make this whatever you want to display
2. Template to Include: adv_portal_myfeeds
3. Template Content:

<tr>
<td class="$bgclass">
$myfeeds
</td>
</tr>

4. Save it and refresh your vbadvanced index page!

What $myfeeds variable are you using? Have you assigned any feeds to that variable?

yes im using regular myfeeds, its activated for each feed.

Okay, you are good to go! http://www.gentendo.com/index.php

The problem was that the template was created for your default style but that wasn't inherited by the Kirsch-fixed style. I created the template for that style and all is well!

p.s. I tweaked the feeds a bit too while I was in there so that you really get a 3 column display.

I want to change the url it outputs to when using a direct link to somthing else, where is the output?
