Clean simple dark cpstyle

To Install:

• Unzip ?vBulletin_3_fBDark? and upload to cpstyles (site.com/forum/cpstyles/)
• Log into your Admin control panel.
• vBulletin Options.
• Admin Control Panel Options.
• Set it to ?vBulletin_3_fBDark?.

also i added this in the very bottom of the css

/* ############################################################################# */
/* BODY AND TABLE STYLES */

/* set colored scrollbars */
html
{
	scrollbar-base-color: #333333;
	scrollbar-arrow-color: #CCCCCC;
	scrollbar-track-color: #111111;
}

this way the scroll bars match

Yeah I try not to change the scrollbar in CSS as it causes validation errors.

I have question/request for this.....

when you go into the forum manager, and you view forum permissions, in the default styles it give the color code as to inherited etc, can this be implemented into this cpstyle?
