Step 1: [install]
Go to your admin cp, then:
Plugin System -> Manage Products -> [Add/Import Product] -> Select 'product-header_marquee.xml' from your computer then press 'Import'

Go to your admin cp, then:
vBulletin Options -> Header Marquee Settings ->
