Code Changes Is in Beta Stage

Finally, my bittorrent tracker for vBulletin has reached a somewhat betaish level. Meaning, it functions but some things are still missing like AdminCP Category Editing and so on. But only a few. All needed things are there and it works well as I've been running it on my board for a month now.
I decided to write this thing after firsthand witnessing the problems with VBTT and what was first meant to be quite simple turned out into a full fledged tracker with features like commenting, rating, etc.
Note that this is a beta which means it has only been tested on one system AND I won't be responsible if you go blind from the messy code. But hey, it works! :nervous:
I don't have any screenshots but you are welcome to come and check out the live demo at: http://www.tokyo-nights.com/nutt
Heck, I'll even throw in a test user for ya:
Code:
user: kjustice
pass: useme
I'll prolly be updating the distro as I find and fix bugs. When the instructions say so or if you wish to, you can uninstall it by going to /forum/admincp/nutt_install.php?step=uninstall

Jesus christ this thread is old, we need a 3.5 update, as i can see on his site he has updated it to the 3.6 version.
The version running on my site is still in testing stages, as some things aren't working too great (such as the RSS feed which shows torrents dated as Jan 1970). Since I had asked months ago in this thread for help and no one truly volunteered, things are getting done at afusion's pace (who is currently MIA since he's in the Netherlands atm). If someone here knows enough php/mysql to help with this project, something can be arranged. For now, there's no definite plan of releasing this publicly.
Thing is, in the beginning of the year I switched to XBTT for a backend and my tracker is now used just as a frontend for XBTT so to run the current version you'd need a dedicated server and a possibility to run XBTT.
Also, with the next version I'll be moving completely away from vB and PHP over to Ruby on Rails so basically, the version here is the last generally available version.
Sorry to let you people down but as the site grew, the requirements grew and that's how it went.
Apologies.
The tracker that was on my site will be removed shortly as Noin (aka afusion) decided to mess with my site and go as far as changing the SSH login and deleting our database. Luckily, I had a database backup from hours prior, but the mess he made caused many members to assume the site was gone due to another admin and myself figuring out how to undo his damage.
I ask that in the future, you all avoid working with this guy, as one day he'll seem reasonable, and the next he'll do something like change your site just because he can. Someone told me this isn't the first time he's done this (since Noin also messed with his site), so don't work with him. It took months of constant asking to get Noin to work on a 3.5+ version of the tracker, so for him to release it here would be nearly impossible. Consider this project dead.
I have been working on porting this to 3.6.x for my site. After a day of editing the code, I got the tracker index working.
EDIT: I got almost completely through upload.php to find that it doesn't upload anything. I have no clue how this ever worked on ANY version of vBulletin. I will just go back to the tracker I was using before and try integrating that instead of updating a tracker that does nothing.
