"v3 Arcade" is the third Arcade system I've written for vBulletin. It's coded from scratch, not a port of an older version - and because it was coded specifically for vBulletin 3.6 it uses the product system for code modifications, and utilizes AJAX technology throughout. Here's a brief rundown of the features in this version of v3 Arcade.

- Supports both v3 Arcade and iB games.

- AJAX based quick stats, for viewing statistics by passing the cursor over a username.
- Mass import tools for importing games in bulk.
- Reverse and decimal based scoring.
- Arcade-only closure with customizable message.
- Per game criteria, allows you to control access to games by reputation, posts, registration length.
- Postbit based awards.
- Personalized recommendations for other games users might like, based on what they?re playing.
- Quick stats, letting a user know how many other scores are above and below theirs.

- Admin customizable ?score feedback?, displays a message based on how well as user has done.

Now I see it in the actual important page (admin panel).

Extract and upload the games you want to import into the arcade/games folder. Make sure that you CHMOD the following folders to 0777 for this import:
forumroot/admincp/games
forumroot/images/arcade
forumroot/games

However, all these and subfolders/files are 0777 chmodded, still not importing anything for some reason

I wouldn't recommend making it ticked by default, mostly for members who have multiple users at their home and if they happen to be staff someone could automatically log in without realizing it. If it happens to be their little brother he could get them into trouble. I personally would never make it ticked by default for security reasons for my other members.

There is an option in each members usercp under arcade options for them to check to allow challenges. There may be a way to make that checked by default, until someone figures that out I would recommend making an annoucement for your members about the arcade options in their usercp.

How do you get the v3 Arcade menu option to appear in the Admin Panel? I assume you need to get a license or something from v3arcade.com, but since the forum is down that's a no go.

What are my options before I waste time uninstalling this and trying the competition out.

Hi SpaceStar and Chadi.

What you need to do is upload the UNZIPPED files to admincp/games/

So you should have usually 4 files for each game.

First of all, the Arcade is great!!! This is the third version I've used and it's as good as ever.

I'll likely go branding free at some point, but for now can anyone point me in the right direction to just edit the links to v3arcade to open in a new window? I can't seem to find that bit of code.
