default path is
images/avatars/noavatar.gif

You can modify this by editing the two plugins.

I even took the time to make you guys a noavatar.gif file

Great! Works fine on 3.6.9!
I use my own default avatar instead of the default noavatar.
Just changed the name in xml file.

Ah, tried installing this but not working on 3.7.3.
I have my avatars stored on system files, can this be a reason?
