To reduce the space between the message area and the signature space go in:

Admin CP -> Style & Templates -> Style Manager -> CSS Templates -> Postbit.css

Find:

OK, I did a lot what people have recommended above, but I still have some extra space I would like to cut out. Any help would be appreciated. Here is a screenshot:

Edit: The arrows show the extra space I would like to remove.
