Just installed, working good. Thank you for writing and releasing this.

Only problem I've found so far is that the borders are hard coded and in blue. (seems that way on most of your mods. ). I fixed those manually though so no big thing.

Right now, what I'd like to see is the ability to assign specific people (not usergroups, or maybe usergroups too, but people for sure) to a department. So that they can only work on tickets in their department.

I've added these features to Pro version, plus some others (eg including the reply text to email). Ok, actually you can't assign specific people but specific email(s), so I count it to be the same.

At a later time I'll release step by step some more functions to Free version. I believe that currently, it gives the average webmaster, 95% of what he needs. eg for me, the free version fits perfect as I'm the only one who is giving support.

Also in the PRO version I've changed a bit the interface to be closer to vB's standards.

You can find all the menu options (depending on your usergroup permissions) at the navbar.

I adm, I have all the permissions and still not see the full menu
I am interested in buying the pro version before it got to test it to see their efficiency
