No, there has to be a number of installs, and I think it may be more than one hack is needed.

I got a my "coder" status after I submitted my first mod.

as for the codertitle, it's enough to release one modification, but it has to be installed a few time.

if it wouldn't be that way, a wrong posted request could give you a coder title as well, and that wouldn't be the sense behind
