Depends on the site, some places I go to require the use of a proxy

So that's what wa going on. I thought it was my computer that was causing me not to be able to get onto vbulletin.com. Now I know.

it seem it got fixed just need other countries to refresh their resolvers.

i can't reach it from Kuwait, but able via my servers in the US via proxy working just fine.

I don't use any proxies, unless my IP is banned for some reason
