Description
This Hack allows you to disable/lock Users Signatures, Custom Avatars, Profile Pictures, Private Messages, Custom Usertitles - and the whole Profile.

Added a "Admin Enforced Ignore" setting.
This allows you to Add other Users to their Ignore list - without them being able to remove it.

Fixed a slight Bug that caused SQL errors

Changed default selection when adding new users through AdminCP to "Default"

Please only click Install if you actually have installed/are using this Hack, and click Uninstall whan you don't use it any longer!

It Overwrites the Users Permissions.

I don't have Options to enable/disable Avatars/signatures per Forum?

hellsatan made an plug-in to do that. Should I un-install that one?

Does not interfere; both Plugins should work together.

@Boobfew - As I understand it, if the forum allows them and the user cannot have them then they will not show up - If the user can have them and the forum allows them then they will show up - If the user can have them but the forum does not allow them, then they will not show up
