I've got a method going here that updates all the thread title caches in less than one second (I can't get more precise unless I use a Unix system). Although at the moment it just fetches all of the changes but never commits them. But I feel good, it took three days. Lines 278 to 424 of PAPI now handle just the last thread title cache
