Edit: Ok, after waiting for a few minutes, all the images poped up. I would contact your host about that, your load time is horrible.

imtalking to my co-admin (the host) about paying for hosting - i might use ViperHost - who knows

Sounds good, just let me know

As for the site right now, usually I would blame my connection, but I have been downloading all day and I peak at about 800kbs, so I am sure it is not my net connection. I have to wait about 2-3, 5 minutes max to view your site as it stands.

I still have the slowness too. Maybe it's your queries. But doesn't look like you installed any file hacks yet.

i have a few hacks installed, but none for a quick reply - thats the template mod from here. I'm going to be installing hacks probably after 3.0 comes out, if i even use it

Well after you do that and you keep the speed you have now it could get even slower. Speed is a necessity.

yeah, im probably gonna switch to viperhost when i talk to my other admins. If they say no, im taking the site from them and doing it on my own...lol! - thanks for the ideas, illl let you all know of updates
