Welcome Panel 2 · **Released**: 09-24-2002

I got bored and thought about what I'd make on my testboard to make it look more interesting

it doesnt look quiet as nice as the original welcome panel but hey this is my first modification

I'll keep on cusomizing it.. I want to add a panel beneath the logged in users that shows your subscribed forums..

Some people would rather use mods, it's quicker and some of these meet their needs.
