I only keep forced registrations due to the content of my site. Helps to monitor and prevent minors from viewing some parts of it. But, I wont make Xelation.com forced registrations

You need to restore the copyright information at the below URL:

You are required, by license, to have the copyright in tact unless you pay to have it removed (not too many boards actually do, as I am sure it is not cheap).
