Description: This hack gets rid of the boring look of the announcement bit. It will also detach announcements from the thread list.

You have a way that it will be on top, even if you have sub forums? See screenshot. It is ok if you don't, because I only use sub forums at extremly rare occassions.

no, the forumdisplay_announcement only needs to be changed to, all you need to do with that one is take out the $announcement

if you need to compare the old file to the new if you already installed you can do so by downloading this old file.
