Yeah, we've had a few that are exellent, and which we will probably use.
The difficult thing for style designers is that Gamma and RC1 will have a totally different default template style - this will mean most of the styles will have to be redesigned to be compatible... at least that's what I expect anyway.

Yes, every professional designer should always keep PSD templates of their images used in design.
I have an unrelated question, that probably has been asked over at vBulletin.com, but alas I rarely visit there. Will vB3 RC have an option to link to an external CSS document? I'd have to implement this option myself if not, because I'm hardly in favor of mixing CSS with HTML.
