Paypal needs to verify the person's identity, and they usually do this when they can verify the person's credit card or bank account. I move hundreds of dollars a month using Paypal, and it's been great for me.

PayPal is an awesome system. Great for personal use, although sometimes not the most favored among merchants.

If you don't have a checking or savings, I don't see why you would sign up for PayPal.

Also, in paypals deffense, it's not them that sucks, it's you for not reading the terms and for not having a bank account

Even if you don't have a CC registered with your account on PayPal. If you have been sent cash and you have it on your account on PayPal you can spend it.
