I'm unable to post in the service request forum for some reason.. Obviously I'm a licensed member if I can access the hacks database from vBulletin.org and my information via vBulletin.com is still valid. Any ideas?

That would explain my problem

No posting by members seems a little odd though.. (considering mods can post). Only the one who creates the thread can reply? What if people have questions, isn't it more convienant to answer them in the post, and not via PM's, if it's a global question.

Hmm...Sounds like a good idea...

The "perfect" permission system...

Perhaps, in the post, a tickbox that says something like "Allow users to reply?"...

That way the thread starter could decide whether he/she wants the thread to be replied to or not
