I hate it when you go to buy a new version of Girlfriend and it looks great on the box, but when you've bought it and get inside and install it, it just doesn't work efficiently with your operating system

Did you read the warning?

WARNING!! *DO NOT* under any circumstances, install Secretary_With_Short_Skirt. This application is not supported by Wife 1.0 and will cause irreversible damage to the operating system.

You have to completely uninstall whatever else you have in there. This goes for earlier (or later) versions of Girlfriend, too. They do NOT play nice together. And if they DO play nice together, you don't stand a chance then.

Hmm, the new Single Life 3 Beta 1 has a multithreading ability to run more Girlfriend Applications paralell, but be warned, systemresources go down extremly fast..

I've been reading about that new release. It sounds interesting. But I have also heard that as long as they NEVER try to access the same data at the same time, you should be all set. If they do, the license is revoked and you will be forced to run Flowers and Grovel 10.1. to be able to access the system again (if there is anything left of it).

yes, correct, they hope to solve the problem before the first Release Candidate.
But for now there are also great problems with Spyware like Girlfriends' best friend 1.0 and so...
