You guys can say what ever you want about the forums, they are my test board, I isntall hacks there, and fool around with templates lol.

I was wondering, can i install a normal vbulletin board viewable to the publicc and a test board for me to test things with my one vb liscnece?

How do you create the banner and the buttons though ive always wondred how to tie them into a top. I dont like fiddling with vb code so i wanted to know
