well i have made a photo album thingie for my board where users can have their own photo album and upload photos to it, and the photos can be rated and commented by users, this shouldnt be so diffrent.
but i dont know if i wanna spend time modifying it when only 1 user needs the hack.
I no there is PHP and perl scripts that can run MP3 of them and all u need to do is place the drop down list somewhere on the board and it will work. I have this on my site and it works great. I can show you the script if you are interested?
